We’re Hiring: SEO & WordPress/Elementor Specialist
Codetonic is a US-based marketing and analytics agency looking for a full-time remote SEO & WordPress/Elementor Specialist to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone with 3–5+ years of professional SEO experience working on real projects for companies, agencies, organizations, or client accounts. This is not an entry-level role, and personal projects alone are not enough for this position.
In this role, you’ll manage SEO across multiple client websites while also helping build, edit, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor.
What you’ll do:
- Manage SEO projects across multiple client websites
- Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and on-page optimization
- Perform technical SEO audits and help fix crawl, indexing, speed, and site structure issues
- Work on local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization, service pages, location pages, and citations
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and campaign performance
- Prepare clear SEO reports with recommendations and next steps
- Build, edit, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor
- Create landing pages, update website content, fix layout issues, set up forms, and troubleshoot common WordPress problems
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on professional SEO experience
- Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or client accounts
- Strong WordPress and Elementor experience
- Experience building or significantly editing full WordPress websites
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO
- Experience with Google Business Profile optimization
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
- Strong written English and clear communication skills
- Ability to own projects with minimal oversight
Nice to have:
- Experience working with US-based clients or agencies
- Basic graphic design or social media content skills
- Familiarity with website speed optimization, hosting, domains, DNS, backups, or WordPress security
