- Plan and manage content calendars
- Create engaging captions, hooks, and content ideas
- Research social media trends
- Coordinate with designers and video editors
- Monitor engagement and prepare performance reports
- Manage comments, messages, and client requirements
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Good communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of major social media platforms
- Understanding of trends, content strategy, and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Canva/Meta Business Suite knowledge is a plus
