The Personal Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, including organizing the Managing Director’s schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence and phone calls. The role involves providing personal and executive support, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The Personal Assistant will arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics, and support the Managing Director in coordinating with students, parents, partner institutions, and internal teams. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the Managing Director’s office.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, record keeping, and meeting coordination.
- Candidates should possess effective Personal Assistance capabilities, such as managing confidential information and supporting the Managing Director’s daily activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Diary Management skills to organize calendars, schedule appointments, and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for professional email writing, phone handling, and liaison with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess experience in Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and planning detailed itineraries.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and fluency in English and Nepali.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, along with prior experience supporting senior leadership, is preferred.
