NuVenture Nepal is a video post-production company specializing in professional editing services for international clients. Our work includes podcasts, YouTube videos, social media content, commercials, and branded videos.

NuVenture Nepal is seeking an experienced video editing professional to provide advanced training and creative mentorship to our in-house editing team. We are looking for someone with exceptional technical expertise, strong storytelling abilities, and a creative vision who can help our team elevate the quality of both long-form and short-form video content.
- Deliver advanced training in video editing, audio post-production, sound design, storytelling and color grading.
- Mentor editors in storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and creative direction.
- Provide hands-on training for podcasts, YouTube videos, reels, and other digital content.
- Teach professional editing workflows, advanced techniques, and industry best practices.
- Review editing projects, provide constructive feedback, and help establish consistent quality standards.
- Guide editors in creating clean, engaging, and visually compelling content.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related creative field is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or other professional editing tools.
- Experience in Training & Development and Training, with the ability to facilitate group and one-on-one sessions
- Strong knowledge of audio mixing, sound design, color correction, and cinematic color grading.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, creative direction, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Demonstrated experience editing both long-form and short-form video content.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to provide practical training, identify areas for improvement, and deliver actionable feedback.
- Previous experience as a video editing trainer, senior editor, or creative director is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced editing skills and creative expertise.
