Job Description

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Video Content Creator Intern who enjoys being in front of the camera and creating engaging content.

Location: Lalitpur

Responsibilities:

Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos.
Appear on camera and confidently present relatable content.
Create UGC-style videos, talking-head videos, promotional videos, and advertisements.
Develop creative concepts around flights, hotels, buses, activities, travel deals, destinations, and campaigns.
Shoot videos using your smartphone.
Edit short-form videos with good pacing, transitions, captions, hooks, music, and storytelling.
Create content based on current social media trends, formats, and audience behavior.
Help cover events, partner activities, launches, campaigns, and collaborations.
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas.
Experiment with different hooks, formats, storytelling styles, and creative approaches.
Keep up with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, memes, trends, and viral formats.
Identify trends and find creative ways to make them relevant.
Occasionally travel to locations, partner venues, events, or activities to create content.

You should:

Be comfortable appearing on camera and speaking confidently.
Have basic video editing skills.
Understand the basics of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form content.
Have a good sense of what makes content interesting, entertaining, relatable, or shareable.
Be creative and willing to experiment with new ideas.
Have good communication and presentation skills.
Be energetic, proactive, and comfortable trying things that haven't been done before.
Know how to shoot good-quality videos using your smartphone.
Be willing to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly.
Have an interest in travel, social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
