About The RoleWe seek a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our digital marketing efforts across our website, social media, video content, and email marketing channels. This part-time remote role, for 3 days per week, is ideal for someone who enjoys working across digital platforms and can independently manage daily content and marketing tasks. The successful candidate will handle content creation, social media management, basic website administration, video editing, and email marketing to maintain a consistent and engaging digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Website & CMS Management
- Make basic content and layout updates to the company website using Webflow CMS.
- Add, edit, and update website content including text, images, blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Upload and manage website content, ensuring consistent formatting and presentation.
- Conduct basic website checks to ensure content is accurate, up to date, and functioning correctly.
- Coordinate with the appropriate team when technical website issues require developer support.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across:
- TikTok
- Create, schedule, publish, and monitor posts across social media platforms.
- Repurpose existing content into formats suitable for each platform.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and regular posting schedule.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and audience interactions.
- Stay informed about relevant social media trends, formats, and content opportunities.
- Edit short-form videos and other visual content for social media and YouTube.
- Create engaging content for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Edit existing footage into concise, engaging, and platform-specific content.
- Add captions, graphics, transitions, music, and other elements as needed.
- Repurpose long-form content into short social media clips.
- Support the creation of other digital content, including graphics, posts, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using the company’s chosen email marketing platform.
- Prepare email campaigns by formatting content, uploading images, creating links, and managing recipient lists.
- Schedule and send campaigns according to agreed timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare basic campaign reports and provide performance insights.
- Maintain email lists and support database hygiene.
- Track performance metrics across website, social media, video, and email channels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing activities and results.
- Identify high-performing content and recommend improvements.
- Support the marketing team with other digital marketing and content-related activities as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Basic working knowledge of Webflow or other website CMS platforms.
- Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Practical experience with video editing for social media and/or YouTube.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
- Good understanding of social media content formats and platform-specific best practices.
- Strong written communication and content editing skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, or basic website analytics.
- Experience creating short-form video content and Reels/TikToks.
- Basic understanding of content strategy and social media analytics.
- Experience working with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.
- A portfolio or examples of previous social media, video, website, or email marketing work.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, creative, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple digital channels. You don’t need to be an expert in every area, but you should be confident enough to take ownership of routine digital marketing tasks and learn new tools quickly.
Since this is a remote part-time role, self-management, responsiveness, communication, and the ability to work independently are particularly important.
