Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and confident Content Creator who has a basic understanding of social media handling, strong English communication skills, and the ability to present on screen. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our company, building our brand presence, and supporting marketing activities through engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and responding to comments/messages
Appear confidently on camera to present content, explain services, and promote the company
Develop creative ideas for videos, reels, and marketing campaigns
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies
Collaborate with the marketing/recruitment team to promote job vacancies and company services
Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas
Track basic performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement) and improve content accordingly

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
Confidence in presenting on camera (video content, reels, live sessions)
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas
Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Prior experience in content creation or digital marketing (freshers with talent are also encouraged)
Understanding of recruitment, hospitality, or healthcare sector is a plus
