Doorsteps Nepal is looking for a proactive and results-driven Market Expansion Officer to expand our market presence, generate customer bookings, build partnerships, and strengthen relationships with customers and businesses across Kathmandu Valley. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Market Expansion Officer role based in Kathmandu. The Market Expansion Officer will identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including;

·      Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer segments.

·      Conduct regular field visits to residential and commercial areas.

·      Promote Doorsteps Nepal services and mobile application.

·      Generate customer bookings and increase service adoption.

·      Build relationships with apartments, businesses, institutions, and local partners.

·      Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.

·      Achieve assigned booking and business growth targets.

·      Submit regular activity and performance reports.

·      Support promotional campaigns, activations, and community engagement programs.

Qualifications

·  Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and forecasting for identifying and prioritizing new market opportunities.

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

·      1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or related roles.

·      Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

·      Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

·      Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

·      Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and smartphone-based applications.

·      Valid two-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
