Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will 

be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across clinics, 

hospitals, fitness centers, and related industries. This role involves establishing relationships, 

presenting products and solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through the entire sales process. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in expanding our market presence, achieving sales targets, 

and building long-term relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the clinic, hospital, and fitness sectors.

• Research and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and 

referrals.

• Build and maintain a CRM database of prospects and clients.

Sales & Relationship Management:

• Establish contact and develop relationships with new prospects, recommending tailored 

solutions.

• Actively seek out and close sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue 

targets.

• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.

• Handle product demos and installations, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Continuously research market trends, customer needs, and competitors to develop sales 

strategies.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales goals.

Client Engagement & Support:

• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Provide post-sale support, offering information, guidance, and identifying new business 

opportunities.

Events:

• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

• Promote products and services, generate leads, and build brand awareness.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure continual improvement.


Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing Preferred or Masters in Nutrition / Science /Physiotherapist/ 

Sports Nutrition or Bachelor of Pharma

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry 

preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel across assigned regions
