Location: Kumarigal, Boudha, Nepal

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:-

· Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

· Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, schools, hotels.

· Promote and present company services to potential clients and partners.

· Lead negotiations and successfully close business deals and partnership agreements.

· Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.

· Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction.

· Prepare business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts.

· Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry programs.

Qualifications:-

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnership management or MR.

· Experience in healthcare, hospitals, insurance, or service industries will be an advantage.
