Job Description
Enlighten International Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Japan Education Counselor.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students interested in studying in Japan.
- Assess students' academic background, financial capacity, and career goals.
- Guide students on selecting Japanese language schools, colleges, universities, and courses.
- Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa procedures.
- Assist with application forms, document preparation, and interview preparation.
- Coordinate with Japanese institutions and language schools.
- Track student applications and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct seminars, educational fairs, and information sessions.
- Support students throughout admission, COE (Certificate of Eligibility), visa, and pre-departure stages.
- Provide updates on Japanese education policies and immigration requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 6 months experience as Counselor is a MUST.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Knowledge of the Japanese education system.
- Experience in study-abroad counseling is preferred.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT certification) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage documentation and student records efficiently.
