About the Role
The Provincial Program Lead (PPL) is the province-level representative of Next Coach, responsible for leading the successful implementation of customized learning and upskilling initiatives within their assigned province. The role focuses on building local partnerships, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality execution of programs for schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
As a Provincial Program Lead, you will act as the bridge between Next Coach and local institutions, ensuring that every project delivers meaningful learning experiences and measurable outcomes for participants.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Partnerships
- Identify and pursue opportunities for learning and upskilling programs within the assigned province.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and other local stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings and needs assessments to understand the learning requirements of partner institutions.
- Work closely with the Next Coach team to design customized learning solutions based on client needs.
Program Execution & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned programs, including workshops, bootcamps, mentorship initiatives, career readiness sessions, and other learning experiences.
- Coordinate with trainers, mentors, facilitators, venues, and partner institutions to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage timelines, logistics, participant communication, and operational requirements.
- Monitor program quality and ensure that all activities meet Next Coach standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Address concerns, resolve operational challenges, and ensure partner satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit project reports, attendance records, feedback summaries, and outcome documentation.
- Share insights and recommendations for improving future programs.
- Maintain accurate records of ongoing and completed projects.
Provincial Representation
- Represent Next Coach at meetings, networking events, institutional visits, and community engagements within the assigned province.
- Strengthen the visibility and presence of Next Coach in the local ecosystem.
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of Next Coach's impact across the province.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated).
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in project coordination, education, training, events, community engagement, sales, or partnership development is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with the local educational and professional ecosystem of the assigned province.
- Willingness to travel within the province as required.

Compensation Structure
This is a performance-linked, revenue-sharing role and does not follow a fixed salary model.
Provincial Program Leads earn a 10%–20% share of the revenue generated from projects they successfully secure, coordinate, and deliver. The percentage is determined based on factors such as: Project size and value, Complexity of execution, Scope of responsibilities undertaken, and Level of involvement throughout the project lifecycle. Compensation is released upon completion of agreed project milestones and receipt of payment from the client.
