The Role

Based in Kathmandu, Nepal, you will be our primary representative in-market — responsible for building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and guiding prospective clients toward their New Zealand journey. This is a senior, autonomous role suited to someone who combines strong sales acumen with genuine counselling ability and a thorough understanding of the New Zealand immigration and education landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and lead generation across Nepal for New Zealand student visa pathways
• Counsel prospective clients on New Zealand education and immigration options, study programmes, and career opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with New Zealand educational institutions, recruitment partners, community networks, and referral sources
• Represent Immigration Advisers New Zealand Ltd at education fairs, seminars, and community events
• Collaborate with the New Zealand-based LIA team to assess, convert, and onboard student and their families
• Achieve and report on monthly conversion and revenue targets
• Maintain full compliance with New Zealand Education and immigration regulations and company standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years' experience in education and immigration consulting, international education, or overseas recruitment — with a demonstrable track record in Nepal
• Sound working knowledge of the New Zealand student visa documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Nepali and English
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to counsel — not just pitch
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of operating independently
• Existing network within Nepali education, community, or professional circles is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of the NZQA framework and the New Zealand education system is preferred
