About The Role
Award Global Group is seeking an experienced Training & Development Supervisor to design,
build, and implement a structured learning and development (L&D) ecosystem across multiple
locations. This role is critical in establishing a scalable training infrastructure, ensuring consistent
capability development across teams, and supporting business growth in the Australian Real Estate
sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Coordination & Implementation
- Develop and manage the end-to-end training calendar across departments and locations.
- Plan, coordinate, and organize all training programs (technical, compliance, onboarding, and leadership).
- Implement a structured training system and process, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of training programs aligned with business needs.
- Monitor training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness.
- Learning & Development Framework
- Design and implement a group-wide L&D strategy and framework across:
- Australia
- Chengdu
- Nepal
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for training delivery.
- Build competency frameworks and role-based learning paths.
- Introduce training governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
- Content Design & Development
- Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials, including:
- Training manuals
- SOPs
- E-learning modules
- Workshop materials
- Customize content specific to Australian Real Estate processes and compliance standards.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create relevant and practical content.
- Capability Building
- Identify skill gaps and conduct training needs analysis (TNA).
- Develop programs to enhance employee performance and career progression.
- Support onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Serve as the focal point for all learning and development activities across regions.
- Reporting & Evaluation
- Track and report on training KPIs, including:
- Training effectiveness
- ROI on learning initiatives
- Employee performance improvement
- Use data insights to refine training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Training & Development / Learning & Development.
- Proven experience in training coordination and program management.
- Strong experience in designing and developing training materials.
- Prior experience in Australian Real Estate (highly preferred).
- Experience working in a multinational or multi-location environment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of L&D frameworks and adult learning principles.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to design structured training systems and processes from scratch.
- Strong content development and instructional design capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure training impact.
