Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive based in Bhaktapur. The SEO Executive will conduct keyword research, perform on-page optimization, and carry out regular SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement. The role includes developing and executing link-building strategies, monitoring website performance, and analyzing traffic, rankings, and user behavior using SEO and analytics tools. The SEO Executive will collaborate with content, design, and social media teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets. The position also involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates, competitor activities, and industry trends to continuously refine SEO strategies.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO, including optimizing meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Experience with Link Building strategies such as outreach, guest posting, and acquiring high-quality backlinks.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO Audits, identify technical and content-related issues, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Familiarity with Social Media Marketing and its integration with SEO to support brand visibility and organic growth.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior SEO or digital marketing experience is an advantage.
