Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Medical Sales Representative based in Bāgmatī, Nepal. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling orthopedic products to healthcare providers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and educating healthcare professionals on the benefits of Neil Orthotics products. The role also involves attending industry events, staying updated on medical product trends, and achieving sales targets while representing the company with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Sales, including product promotion, client engagement, and achieving sales targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals and provide effective support
- Knowledge of Medicine or Pharmacy to understand and explain the technical aspects of orthopedic products
- Ability to travel and visit healthcare facilities as part of the role
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, or business
- Previous experience in the orthopedic or medical device industry is an advantage
