Role Description The Clinic Incharge is a full-time, hybrid role based in Our Lalitpur Bhaisepati Branch, with primary on-site responsibilities at Samaj Dental Hospital and some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as reporting and coordination. This role oversees daily clinic operations, including patient flow management, appointment scheduling, and coordination between reception, nursing, and dental teams to ensure smooth and timely service. The Clinic Incharge monitors adherence to clinical protocols and hygiene standards, supports doctors and staff with operational needs, and ensures that equipment and supplies are maintained adequately. The position includes overseeing front-desk customer service, handling queries or concerns, and supporting basic sales activities such as treatment plan follow-up and service promotion. The Clinic Incharge also leads staff scheduling, assists in onboarding and training new team members, and prepares operational reports for management.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a patient-centric approach and the ability to handle inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
  • Foundational understanding of clinical or medical environments (e.g., dentistry, medicine, or healthcare operations) to coordinate effectively with dental professionals.
  • Proven team leadership abilities, including staff supervision, task delegation, and coordination across clinical and administrative teams.
  • Experience in sales or service promotion, including treatment plan follow-up, cross-referrals, and helping patients understand available services.
  • Experience in training or mentoring staff, including onboarding new employees and reinforcing standard operating procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfort using basic computer applications and clinic management or appointment software.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, dentistry, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a hospital, dental clinic, or healthcare setting in a supervisory or coordination role is an advantage.
