Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) based in the Jhapa District, with limited work-from-home flexibility. The Housekeeping GSA will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities. Duties will include cleaning, restocking supplies, managing laundry, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The role also involves responding to guest requests, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming and pleasant stay for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, including cleaning techniques and usage of cleaning equipment.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Physical stamina to handle extended periods of standing, lifting, and bending.
- Experience in housekeeping roles within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in housekeeping or hospitality management are a plus.
