Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeper role based in Gaushala. The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, performing light laundry tasks, organizing supplies, and maintaining overall hygiene standards to create a welcoming environment for guests. Training will be provided to ensure alignment with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry and maintaining cleanliness of indoor and outdoor spaces
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting professionally with staff and guests
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage time effectively and uphold cleanliness standards across multiple areas
- Willingness to undergo Training to ensure alignment with hospitality and safety guidelines
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
