Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Hospitality to lead and oversee our hospitality portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and asset value enhancement. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in hotel operations, sales and marketing, business development, and hospitality asset management, with a proven track record of driving profitability and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hotel Operations Management
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all hotel operations.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards across all properties.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality assurance programs.
  • Monitor operational performance, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and profitability metrics.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and brand standards.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales, marketing, and revenue strategies.
  • Lead business development initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, OTAs, event organizers, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with revenue management teams to optimize pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Oversee annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
  • Asset Management & Portfolio Performance
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and investment returns.
  • Analyze financial performance, operational efficiency, and market positioning of hospitality assets.
  • Monitor capital expenditure projects, renovations, and property improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular asset reviews and recommend initiatives for value enhancement.
  • Work closely with ownership, investors, operators, and management companies to align business objectives.
  • Evaluate acquisition, expansion, repositioning, and development opportunities.
  • Financial Leadership
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Monitor P&L performance and ensure achievement of financial objectives.
  • Drive EBITDA growth and overall profitability.
  • Establish financial controls and reporting mechanisms.
  • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and investors.
  • Team Leadership & Culture
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop senior hospitality leaders and operational teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and guest-centric service.
  • Establish KPIs and performance management systems across departments.
  • Promote employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or Hospitality Management) preferred.
  • 12–20+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing hotel operations, sales, revenue management, and hospitality assets.
  • Experience overseeing multiple properties, hotel portfolios, resorts, serviced apartments, or mixed-use hospitality assets.
  • Strong understanding of hotel financials, asset management principles, and market dynamics.
  • Experience working with owners, investors, operators, and hospitality brands.
