The Spare Parts Officer will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, processing requisitions, and ensuring timely procurement and distribution of parts. Key tasks include coordinating with suppliers and departments, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records of stock usage and replenishment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhangadhi.
- Proficiency in inventory management, stock control, and order processing systems
- Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities for working with suppliers and internal teams
- Basic understanding of spare parts management and supply chain operations
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines efficiently
- Prior experience in a similar role or in supply chain/warehousing is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently on-site in Dhangadhi
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
