Role Description The Australia & UK Documentation Cum Visa Lodge Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and organizing documentation for student visa applications to Australia and the United Kingdom, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current immigration and institutional requirements. The officer will guide clients through document checklists, collect and verify academic, financial, and personal records, and complete visa application forms and related submissions within specified timelines. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and internal counselors, monitoring application and visa status, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Australia and UK visa regulations, and keeping clear records in the company’s systems. The officer will also communicate with embassies, visa centers, and institutions as needed, respond to client inquiries, and support continuous process improvement in documentation and visa services.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Australia and UK student visa processes, documentation requirements, and basic immigration regulations.
  • Proficiency in document verification, data entry, file management, and maintaining accurate electronic and physical records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain complex requirements clearly and professionally to clients.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Customer-service orientation with a professional, empathetic approach to working with students and families.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured office environment, collaborate with counselors and management, and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and readiness to learn internal CRM or application systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (such as Management, Humanities, Law, or related fields); prior experience in education consultancy, visa processing, or immigration services is an advantage.
  • Up-to-date awareness of international education trends and a strong commitment to ethical, compliant, and student-centered practices.
