Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Representative role based in Biratnagar. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Day-to-day activities will also include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving technical concerns promptly, and collaborating with the team for continuous improvement of support services.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive client experience
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting expertise to resolve technical and operational issues effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing and solving complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the IT and networking industry is a strong advantage
