Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead B2B and enterprise sales efforts in the Biratnagar region. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and supporting pre-sales activities to expand the company’s market presence.

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who can translate customer requirements into effective, scalable, and technically sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B & Enterprise Sales
    • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in B2B and enterprise segments
    • Achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for market expansion
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
    • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts
    • Handle client negotiations, renewals, and escalations

  • Pre-Sales Activities
    • Work closely with technical and product teams to understand customer requirements
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations
    • Support tender documentation and bid submissions
    • Provide market insights and feedback to improve product offerings
Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in the IT or technology sector)
  • Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Biratnagar
