Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead B2B and enterprise sales efforts in the Biratnagar region. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and supporting pre-sales activities to expand the company’s market presence.
This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who can translate customer requirements into effective, scalable, and technically sound solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B & Enterprise Sales
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in B2B and enterprise segments
- Achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for market expansion
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts
- Handle client negotiations, renewals, and escalations
- Pre-Sales Activities
- Work closely with technical and product teams to understand customer requirements
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Support tender documentation and bid submissions
- Provide market insights and feedback to improve product offerings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in the IT or technology sector)
- Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Based in or willing to relocate to Biratnagar
- Experience in IT solutions, systems, or enterprise products
- Existing network of corporate clients in the region
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
