We are looking for a proactive and communicative Social Media Executive to support day-to-day social media operations and client coordination. This role focuses primarily on client handling, content scheduling, and coordination with internal creative teams, rather than hands-on design or video production. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, assisting with day-to-day communication and coordination.
- Coordinate with internal design and video teams to ensure timely delivery of social media content.
- Schedule posts, reels, and stories across social media platforms using approved content calendars.
- Collect client feedback, revisions, and approvals, and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
- Assist in maintaining monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Support the team in planning campaigns, promotions, and content rollouts.
- Ensure brand guidelines and content timelines are followed consistently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with confidence in client interaction (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools and Meta Business Suite is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of design, content, or creative workflows.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively for brands.
- Relevant internship or entry-level experience in social media, marketing, or client service is a plus but not mandatory.
