Our Client RestroX - Restaurant Software is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, demonstrating the benefits of RestroX software, and managing the sales process to drive business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote RestroX products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the product.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
  • Assist new clients with onboarding and product setup.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct product demos and presentations confidently.
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations or POS systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
