Job Description
Are you someone who loves interacting with customers and creating engaging content? We’re looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Executive who can drive in-store sales while also contributing to our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in-store and provide excellent product recommendations
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
• Create engaging content (Reels, posts, stories) for social media
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions
• Manage basic store operations and inventory coordination
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Requirements:
• Experience in retail sales (eyewear/fashion is a plus)
• Confident communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and content creation
• Creative mindset with a marketing-oriented approach
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
