Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand NeoBuds’ market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships with brands and suppliers, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Strategy
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand NeoBuds’ product offerings and market reach
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Vendor & Brand Partnerships
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local and international baby and maternity brands
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and partnership agreements
  • Ensure consistent supply and quality standards from vendors
  • Category Expansion & Product Strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams to expand product categories based on demand insights
  • Curate and introduce new, high-quality products aligned with NeoBuds’ brand values
  • Monitor product performance and optimize assortment
  • Sales & Revenue Management
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and product expansion
  • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and bundling
  • Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct regular research on parenting trends, baby care innovations, and customer preferences
  • Use data insights to inform business decisions and strategy
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and product launches
  • Align with the social media and content teams for brand collaborations and promotions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (e-commerce or FMCG preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools
