Job Description
Explore Earth Movers Pvt. Ltd. (EEMPL), a part of the Panchakanya Group, is looking for competent and result-oriented professionals to join its Sales team at the Senior Officer to Assistant Manager level.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in heavy equipment will be preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage
