Role Description
Architect (3-5 years Experience)
This is a full-time role for an Architect, based in Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The Architect will collaborate with the design team, lead architectural planning and design, guide & develop project drawings, and ensure design alignment with project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of architectural projects from conception through documentation.
- Manage work plans, consultants, and schedules to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop innovative design solutions that meet client specifications.
- Maintain a collaborative and professional working relationship with the team and foster ongoing communication through meetings and updates.
- Get involved in national and international projects (USA).
Qualifications
- Advance knowledge in AutoCad & SketchUP.
- Proficiency in 3d software’s renderings skill( Vray, Lumion, D5).
- Design experience in residential/commercial.
- Basic knowledge of Revit or willingness to learn Revit.
- Flexible and able to adjust to evolving work environments.
- Ability to commit long-term.
