About the Role

We are a creative agency based in Nepal providing high-impact digital content services to clients across the United States. We are looking for a talented and trend-savvy Video Editor & Graphic Designer who lives and breathes short-form content. You will be at the heart of our creative output – producing videos and visuals that stop the scroll and tell compelling brand stories for an American audience.

This role demands someone who doesn't just follow trends – they spot them early, adapt fast, and know how to translate viral formats into polished, client-ready content.


Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video Production

▸    Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

▸    Create engaging video content that aligns with current social media trends, platform algorithms, and US audience preferences

▸    Add dynamic motion graphics, captions, transitions, and effects that elevate video quality

▸    Adapt raw footage (interviews, B-roll, UGC) into scroll-stopping content

▸    Stay ahead of trending audio, editing styles, and viral formats – and apply them proactively


Graphic Design

▸    Design eye-catching social media graphics, thumbnails, branded templates, and digital ads

▸    Create consistent visual identity assets across multiple platforms for US-based clients

▸    Design marketing collateral including banners, story templates, carousels, and promotional materials

▸    Maintain and evolve brand style guides for multiple client accounts


Collaboration & Communication

▸    Coordinate with the project management team to understand client briefs and deliver on time

▸    Present creative concepts and revisions clearly to internal leads and occasionally to US clients

▸    Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly

▸    Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines


Required Skills & Experience

▸    Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing and/or graphic design

▸    Exceptional proficiency in video editing tools:

–     Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro (required)

–     Adobe After Effects – motion graphics and visual effects (required)

–     CapCut or equivalent – fast short-form editing (strongly preferred)

▸    Strong proficiency in graphic design tools:

–     Adobe Photoshop (required)

–     Adobe Illustrator (required)

–     Canva Pro – for rapid template-based design (preferred)

▸    Deep, demonstrated knowledge of short-form content formats: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts

▸    Solid understanding of what works for US audiences – platform behavior, cultural references, tone

▸    Strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work (short-form content must be prominent)

▸    Good command of written and spoken English for internal communication and client-facing tasks

▸    Eye for typography, color, and visual hierarchy


Preferred Qualifications

▸    Experience working with US-based clients or in an agency/international setting

▸    Familiarity with content marketing, social media strategy, and digital advertising

▸    Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mixing for video

▸    Experience with AI-assisted creative tools (RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, etc.)

▸    Understanding of SEO principles for video content (thumbnails, titles, hooks)

▸    Background in animation or 2D motion design

▸    Ability to produce content from concept to finished product with minimal direction
