Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Factory Manager role in Bhairahawa. The Factory Manager will oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring strong coordination between production, QC and QA, maintaining GMP and regulatory compliance, managing production planning, team performance and audit readiness, and driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Degree in Pharmacy, or related field
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is preferred
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices
