- Plan and deliver effective lessons in mathematics and science for secondary-level students (grades 8–10).
- Teach subjects including algebra, geometry, physics, chemistry, and basic biology.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical activities.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and examinations; evaluate student performance.
- Provide additional academic support to weak students.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Use modern teaching methods and educational technology.
- Prepare students for internal and board examinations.
- Maintain records of attendance, progress, and academic performance.
- Communicate with parents regarding student development.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science, or a related field (master's preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge in maths and science.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and modern methodologies.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
