Job DescriptionOur Client, Club De Novo Pvt. Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining service excellence, leading teams, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of all departments
- Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
- Support marketing activities, event planning, and execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor operational performance and prepare reports using digital tools
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Digital literacy with knowledge of hospitality systems and reporting tools
- Fluency in both English and Nepali
