We are seeking a Senior Loan Processing Specialist with expertise in Australian mortgages for a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. As a Senior Loan Processing Specialist, you will review, evaluate, and process loan applications, ensuring compliance with lending policies and requirements. Your responsibilities will include verifying loan documentation, coordinating with clients and lenders, and collaborating with underwriting teams to assess borrowers' eligibility and ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Proficiency in Loan Documents handling and extensive knowledge of Loans processes
- Advanced expertise in Loan Processing and Underwriting practices
- Strong Communication skills for liaising with clients, brokers, and lending institutions
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in Australian mortgage processing is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
