Global IT Careers is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Angular and Node.js for one of its US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an onsite environment in Kathmandu.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular (frontend) and Node.js (backend)
- Build reusable, efficient, and scalable code
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Ensure security and data protection best practices
- Work closely with stakeholders from the US-based client team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Strong experience with Angular (latest versions preferred)
- Solid experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js. This is a backend-heavy role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
