Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Creator based in Dhangadhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing high-quality multimedia content, formulating engaging strategies to inform and attract an audience, and conducting necessary research to produce relevant and impactful material. The role includes collaboration with various departments to ensure cohesive content alignment and delivery.
Qualifications
- Content Creation, Copywriting, and Storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Creative Marketing, and Campaign Optimization
- Experience in Video Editing, Graphic Design, and Multimedia Production
- Strong Research and Analytical skills to deliver fact-based and engaging content
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Knowledge or experience in training and development content is an added advantage
