About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role. As a Sr. Copywriter, you will undertake a broad range of responsibilities that keep the creative engine running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

● Stay updated on cultural, industry, and advertising trends to inform creative work and fuel fresh, relevant ideas.

● Take full ownership and drive multiple campaigns and projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.

● Ideate fresh creative concepts for pitches, campaigns and other projects.

● Create concepts that are realistic in terms of execution and innovative as creative thoughts with smart rationale to back them up.

● Write video scripts, radio scripts, and other audio-visual content — and oversee execution to maintain creative intent.

● Express ideas clearly, face to face as well as in written form.

● Present concepts and creative work confidently to internal teams and clients, articulating the agency’s thinking and creative rationale behind each idea.

● Work collaboratively with Creative Director, Art Director, and Graphic Designers to develop ideas, refine concepts & ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met.

● Work with the client servicing team to understand client objectives and obtain project specifics: strategy, budget & schedule.

Requirements/Qualification

● 2+ years of experience in a copywriting role in an agency environment.

● Solid written & verbal communication skills (Nepali and English).

● Strong vocabulary with master of wordplay.

● Experience in using AI for creative workflows (image, video, text, audio, insights).

● Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience working in a client-facing role and presenting/pitching.
