Job Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Brand Communication Officer who is creative, motivated, and passionate about brands and storytelling. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and a basic understanding of branding principles. You’ll work closely with different teams to manage brand messaging especially on social media—and help ensure that all communication reflects our clients’ brand identities consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute brand communication strategies, especially on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write creative and engaging content such as posts, captions, and campaign copy
- Work with designers and strategists to ensure brand consistency
- Track and report social media performance and campaign results
- Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends
- Communicate effectively with clients about brand messaging and content strategies
- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and content planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or running
- 6-9 Month Experience Agency experience is a plus
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Should have knowledge of brands and branding fundamentals
- Skilled in content creation and social media communication
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Creative, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
