The role requires someone polished, discreet, well-organized, and capable of working with senior stakeholders across media, business, civic, diplomatic, and institutional circles.
Role Purpose

- Identify and coordinate relevant media opportunities, including interviews, profiles, commentary, and byline placements
- Draft and send media outreach, follow-up notes, and briefing communication
- Coordinate media requests and ensure timely responses
- Track coverage, sentiment, and relevant public-facing developments
- Support media preparation in coordination with the Speechwriter and Editorial Lead
Stakeholder Relations
- Maintain and organize a priority stakeholder database across media, business, diplomatic, civic, academic, and policy communities
- Support outreach to high-value stakeholders and maintain strong follow-up discipline

- Track relationship history, interactions, and important touchpoints
- Help structure communication flows that deepen trust and consistency with important external figures
External Engagement Coordination

- Liaise with external offices, organizers, moderators, and event teams
- Ensure the Chairman is properly briefed on context, participants, and communication requirements
- Manage follow-ups after major meetings, events, and interactions
Convenings and Events Support
- Support the communications side of private dinners, salons, roundtables, and idea-led gatherings
- Coordinate guest communications, confirmations, and follow-up
- Work with the editorial function on invitation language, host communication, and post-event messaging
- Help ensure events are managed with seriousness, polish, and discretion
Internal Coordination
- Maintain trackers for media outreach, stakeholder engagement, invitations, and pending opportunities
- Coordinate closely with the Strategic Lead and Speechwriter and Editorial Lead
- Flag reputational risks, sensitive requests, and high-value opportunities in a timely way
- Ensure external communication remains organized, selective, and aligned with office priorities
We are looking for someone with strong professional maturity and good judgment.

- Strong organizational and coordination ability
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities with professionalism and follow-through
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working with senior leaders, public figures, or high-profile accounts
