Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Kathmandu. The Marketing Specialist will oversee marketing activities including conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and executing campaigns to increase brand visibility. Additional responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, engaging with customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service to strengthen client relations and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and provide exceptional client support
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to design and implement impactful campaigns
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive growth and build strategic partnerships
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
