Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven mid-level Business Development & Social Media Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with proven experience in business development and digital marketing who can independently drive outreach initiatives while strengthening our brand presence.
The associate will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong business relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth. In parallel, you will manage our social media presence, create engaging content, design graphics, and execute digital marketing and SEO initiatives aligned with business objectives.
You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and direct calls, while ensuring consistent brand visibility and strategic positioning across digital platforms. This role requires someone who can confidently balance creativity with structured outreach, communication strategy, and performance-driven marketing execution.
We are looking for a proactive, accountable professional who can manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and publish content regularly
- Track analytics, performance metrics, and optimize posts
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
2. Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Create posts, reels, videos, and stories
- Design graphics, promotional materials, and brand visuals using Canva/Adobe tools
- Write engaging contents for social media, emails, and marketing campaigns
- Ensure visual and brand consistency across platforms
3. SEO & Digital Marketing
- Optimize website content for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and track SEO performance.
- Assist in executing paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
- Support in developing content strategies to improve online visibility.
4. Business Development & Client Outreach
- Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Conduct digital scans/research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels to generate leads.
- Maintain and update a client database with key prospects and contacts.
- Collaborate with management to set up meetings, demos, and presentations.
6. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to align business development and marketing goals.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach efforts, lead generation, and marketing performance.
- Share insights and strategies to improve both business development and digital presence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, client outreach, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn pages and executing outreach campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and online audience behavior.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO fundamentals (keywords, on-page optimization, analytics).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools (preferred).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and client opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable handling client calls, outreach, and professional communication.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Familiarity with the AI or tech industry is a plus.
