Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer & Videographer, based in Kathmandu. The Designer & Videographer will be responsible for creating and editing visual content, shooting and producing high-quality videos, and designing marketing and promotional materials. Daily tasks will involve videography and photography, brainstorming concepts, collaborating with the marketing and content teams, and ensuring consistency with the organization’s brand identity. The individual will also manage video editing and post-production tasks to deliver engaging content.

Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Expertise in video production, including videography, photography, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Understanding of branding principles and experience in designing marketing materials, including banners and social media graphics
Strong creative thinking abilities and a keen eye for visual detail
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with motion graphics design is a plus
Prior experience in educational or consultancy services is preferred but not mandatory
