Role Overview
We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant with strong understanding of Sales,
Purchase, Inventory, and accounting workflows. This role acts as a bridge between
business users and the technical team, ensuring clear requirements, smooth implementation,
and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across:
o Sales
o Purchase
o Inventory
o Accounting
• Perform gap analysis between standard Odoo functionality and business needs
• Prepare functional documents, process flows, and test cases
• Configure Odoo modules and validate business scenarios
• Coordinate closely with developers during customization
• Conduct UAT and support user training
• Manage change requests and maintain scope control
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, IT, or a related field
• Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP business workflows
• Hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
• Good knowledge of accounting concepts (invoices, taxes, payments, journals)
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Good to Have
• Experience with complex or multi-company business processes
• Exposure to ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
