We’re Hiring: Digital Client & Growth Executive (Full-Time | Kathmandu | Shift-Based)
Video Production & Online Distribution

This is not traditional sales and not passive support. You’ll work in a fast-paced international online environment where judgment matters more than scripts.
What you’ll do
- Manage inbound client conversations (global + digital-first)
- Convert unclear requests into structured briefs
- Recommend the right video solution based on client goals
- Handle objections professionally and guide clients to confirmed orders
- Reduce disputes by creating clarity and protecting production teams from scope confusion
- Stay composed during revision-heavy conversations (“make it more exciting”) and bring clarity fast
You’ll fit well if you
- Write strong, clear English
- Understand online marketplaces/social media client behavior
- Think independently and make decisions (not escalate everything)
- Have exposure to video/creative workflows (basic understanding is enough)
- Are comfortable with AI tools and fast-paced work
Nice to Have (Preferred, not required)
- Experience in Social Media Management (SMM) or digital marketing
Compensation (Client Growth Associate)
NPR 27,500 – 40,000/month (growth is performance-based)
Cap: NPR 45,000
