Customer Acquisition Department

KAAM Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring three Customer Acquisition Associates (preferably two females and one male) to join our growing team.
Position Details
· Department: Customer Acquisition
· Number of Vacancies: 3
· Work Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
· Working Hours: 8 hours per day (Flexible working hours)
· Start Date: March 1
· Minimum Commitment: 3 months
· Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and performance)
· Selection Basis: First Come, First Served
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze potential customers
· Segregate and manage customer lists
· Make necessary adjustments to customer data
· Conduct potential calls and follow-ups
· Act according to successful calls and conversions
· Coordinate with logistics and other departments for processing
· Maintain success reports and status reports
· Meet assigned targets
Supervisor Responsibilities (For Senior Role)
· Develop and monitor KPIs
· Supervise and guide team members
· Ensure overall team performance
· Report directly to the Project Lead
· Field visits when required
Requirements
· Fluent communication skills (Fluency in Nepali is mandatory)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Fast learner and proactive attitude
· Must have own vehicle (Fuel will be provided)
· Willing to work in the field when required
