Job Description

Mero Agro Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated, organized, and professional Office Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support, ensure smooth office operations, and assist management in coordinating day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day secretarial and administrative tasks of the office.
  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence in English and Nepali, including accurate Nepali typing.
  • Maintain filing systems, documentation, and records efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.   
  • Ability to prepare official letters, quotations, tender documents and reports.
  • Ability to handle social media, email communication and internet browsing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Honest, disciplined, confident and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive learning attitude and ability to adjust with co-workers and management.
  • Willingness and readiness to travel as required for official work.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
