Ticketing Officer

We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in airline ticketing systems and be capable of handling both domestic and international travel bookings efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international airline ticket bookings
• Manage ticket reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds
• Operate and manage GDS systems effectively
• Provide accurate travel information and excellent customer support
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners when required
• Maintain proper booking records and customer details
• Ensure smooth and timely ticketing operations

• Minimum 3 years of experience in airline ticketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work responsibly and efficiently under pressure

• GDS Systems
• Sabre
• Galileo
• Amadeus
