Job Description

To provide end-to-end client support and relationship management after the sale of Kumari Job, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and renewal through efficient execution, tracking, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and support.
  • Work with the Business Development and marketing teams to ensure Meta Ads/social media reach is executed per plan timelines.
  • Handle product/service complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to provide timely resolutions.
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics and proactively send client performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, escalations, and feedbacks.
  • Collect and relay insights to the sales/business development and product teams for service improvement.
  • Ensure all after-sales activities comply with company policies and service standards.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements in processes or services.
  • Provide periodic reports and performance metrics related to after-sales activities.
Job Specification

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in after-sales or client servicing.

OR

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field with minimum 1 year of experience.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Nepali.
  • Good understanding of digital platforms, job portals, and recruitment service delivery.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Familiarity with ATS, Meta ad campaigns, and resume search tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across departments.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior work in a job portal, HR tech, staffing firm, or digital client servicing role.
