Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and sales-oriented Training Coordinator to manage and promote our HR Training Classes. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the successful formation of at least one training batch every month by attracting and enrolling HR professionals and aspiring HR candidates into our training programs.

The ideal candidate should currently be pursuing an MBA in HR and possess strong communication, coordination, and sales skills with a passion for networking and professional training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and actively follow up with potential participants to drive enrollments.
  • Ensure successful formation and launch of at least one training batch every month.
  • Conduct counseling sessions and explain training benefits, course structure, and career outcomes to prospective participants.
  • Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batch schedules, participant management, and training logistics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, HR communities, companies, and professional networks for participant sourcing.
  • Maintain enrollment records, lead tracking, and batch performance reports.
  • Support training-related events, orientations, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for campaign execution and outreach activities.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's with specialization in HR/ Currently pursuing MBA with HR Specialization
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and training coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident personality with strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to meet enrollment targets and work in a target-driven environment.
